In meinem Studio geht es nicht einfach nur ums Tanzen. Es geht um Dich!

Gute Körperhaltung, positives Empfinden des eigenen Körpers & der eigenen Kraft sowie das daraus resultierende, gestärkte Selbstbewusstsein spielen in vielen Aspekten des Alltags eine wichtige Rolle. Und genau das kannst Du in meinen Kursen lernen.
